Return & Refund Policy – Slazora

At Slazora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear and personal hygiene products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as non-returnable).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after receiving the required details.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return according to this policy.
